About Fairview

HISTORY & BELIEF IN THE BIBLE

Our doors first opened at Fairview Baptist Church in 1884. From the church building being hauled in on horse drawn carriages, to years of growth, & building new facilities we have seen God's faithfulness through the generations. Come by the church & visit our history wall to learn more about who we are, since the beginning. ​

At Fairview We Believe: 

• There is one and only one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Spirit.

• The Bible is the inerrant, inspired, and authoritative Word of God.

• Jesus Christ is God’s Son, whose death and resurrection provide the only way of salvation.

• Salvation is by grace alone, through faith in Christ alone, as evidenced by a changed life.

• Baptism is an act of obedience and outward symbol of (but does not affect) inner life-change.

• The Church is the Bride of Christ and exists for the purposes of glorifying God, growing His kingdom, and equipping His people for His service.
